Your pop-up passport
How Cội Coffee looks after your passport
Draft: not yet approved by Cội.
What we keep
Your stamps: which Cội pop-up each one came from and on which day. Your drinks on the house: when you earned them, and when and where you enjoyed them. The email address you sign in with (or the one on your Google account). If you sign in with Google, the name on your Google account too, shown only to you on your passport page. Nothing else: no phone number, birthday, location or payment details.
Why
Only to run the passport: to show you your stamps, give you a cream top or a drink on the house when you've earned it, and keep each stamp to one per pop-up per day. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or send you marketing emails. If you sign in by email, the only email you get from us is the sign-in link you ask for.
Who can see it
Only you, signed in on your phone. Cội's staff don't see your passport or your email; the stamp station only shows that someone collected a stamp or a drink on the house, never who. The passport runs on Google Firebase, which stores the data for us under its own privacy terms.
How long, and deleting it
Your passport stays as long as you keep it, so your drinks on the house never expire. You can delete it at any time from the menu (☰ → Delete my passport): your stamps, drinks on the house and sign-in are removed for good.
